The board game “Exploding Kittens” started from game designer Elan Lee, who is the former chief creative officer at Xbox, as well as Matthew Inman the illustrator from The Oatmeal and creator Shane small getting together to come up with what is currently the most-backed Kickstarter in history. With a total of 219,382 backers, the team behind Exploding Kittens managed to raise an insane $8,782,571.
