During the past three weeks of this subject, I have played three different games which included, Codenames, Sushi Dice, and The Botch.
All three games were very different in terms of difficulty, playing time, the elements of the game and the level of enjoyment. Through this blog, I will be talking about my experience with the game “Codenames.”
Codenames was designed by Vlaada Chvátil and was published by Czech Games in 2015, moreover, the artists for the game are Stéphane Gantiez, Tomáš Kučerovský, Filip Murmak.
Codenames was the first game played within the group (the game recommends 2-8 players and we had 4) and it was interesting to see how once the game began and everyone felt more comfortable, the game inevitably became easier to understand and was more enjoyable to play, especially because you’re working in a team.
